Description
The Group Controller will manage group-wide financial reporting and steering, prepare management and shareholder analyses, develop controlling processes and KPI systems, execute budgeting and forecasting, analyze production, sales, and earnings performance, support investment and profitability analyses, collaborate with specialist departments, contribute to reporting automation, and support M&A or restructuring projects. The role requires a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification, several years of controlling experience, strong ERP, BI, Excel, analytical, communication, and German and English skills, and offers flexible working hours and remote-work options.
