The Group Controller will provide financial controlling for multiple internal service companies within a healthcare group, serving as the central contact for managing directors and specialist departments. The role covers operational and strategic controlling, budget and forecast planning, variance analysis, management reporting, profitability and transfer-pricing analyses, financial statement support, and automation of reporting and controlling processes. It requires a relevant business or accounting degree, several years of controlling experience, strong cost and performance-accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
