RISE is hiring a Project Office Finance professional to develop and harmonize project-controlling methodology and financial processes for publicly funded projects. The role combines strategic responsibility, business development, regulatory and internal-control expertise, system and tool development in IFS and Power BI, training, and change management. It is based in Borås or Gothenburg with a hybrid working model and requires documented controller, auditor, or accounting-manager experience, financial-system experience, relevant accounting knowledge, process-development experience, digitalization and AI interest, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s-level degree in finance or accounting.
