RISE is hiring a Finance Project Office Manager to lead the development of project-controlling methods and expertise for publicly funded projects. The role will harmonize ways of working across divisions, advise controllers on funding terms, regulatory compliance, and internal control, develop IFS and Power BI system support, explore digitalization and AI, train project controllers and managers, and coordinate with external auditors. It is based in Borås or Gothenburg with a hybrid working model and requires documented controller, auditor, or accounting-manager experience, financial-system experience, knowledge of accounting principles, process-development experience, and a bachelor’s-level degree in economics or finance.
