The IDEAL Group is hiring a Group Controller (m/f/d) – Consolidation in Bamberg to support top management and develop international controlling and consolidation processes. The role includes independent monthly consolidation, process standardization, digitalization and automation of finance and controlling, intercompany coordination, group billing, management reporting, variance analysis, and cross-departmental communication. Candidates should have several years of experience in international group controlling, preferably in automotive manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
