Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Second (2nd) Shift Group Lead Coordinator to lead and support a warehouse work group on Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The role trains new, temporary, and existing associates; monitors performance and workloads; maintains training and operational records; supports safety, quality, and productivity standards; and assists the Supervisor with special projects. The position pays $22.35 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential and requires 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift operation experience, with a forklift certificate or training program completion preferred.
