DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Lead Coordinator for a second-shift, Monday-Wednesday 6pm-6am role. The position directs and trains a work group, assigns work schedules, monitors associate performance, maintains records, reviews work documents, secures the building, and reports unsafe conditions. The role requires forklift operation, warehouse experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; a minimum of two years operating material-handling equipment with a sit-down forklift and clamp attachment is listed as required, while reverse-forklift experience is strongly preferred.
