Jenoptik is hiring a Group EHS Manager in Jena to serve as the central environmental, health, and safety point of contact for authorities, customers, and external partners. The role leads EHS committees and teams, manages the EHS budget and resources, develops global EHS processes and a digital reporting solution, supports risk assessments and compliance, and delivers training. Candidates need a relevant degree, 5–10 years of EHS experience with leadership responsibility, international advising experience, strong technical and auditing knowledge, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel approximately 20%.
