The West Suburban YMCA is hiring a Bootcamp/HIIT/HYROX-style instructor to lead safe, engaging, and inclusive high-intensity group exercise classes. The role includes answering member questions, building relationships, maintaining attendance records, following YMCA policies, and responding to emergencies. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, AED, a national group fitness certification, and YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise certification; at least one year of group wellness-class teaching experience is preferred.
