Description

The Group Facilitator / Casework Coordinator will provide trafficking services at The Children’s Center in New York City under the supervision of the Director of Safe Harbor Services. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and assessments, referring youth to appropriate services, facilitating therapeutic group curricula, documenting group work and casework, collecting data, reporting to oversight agencies and stakeholders, conducting safety planning, and following up with youth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, knowledge of Connections or similar documentation software, a valid driver’s license, and strong written, verbal, organizational, and client-engagement skills; prior social service, mental health, child welfare, group-facilitation, or organizational experience is preferred.
