Description
Everwest is hiring a Group Finance Controller to own the integrity, timeliness, and comparability of financial information across 10 entities in five countries. The role leads group consolidation, financial data quality, month-end close optimization, Power BI reporting, cash-flow reconciliation, management- versus-financial-accounting differences, and team leadership for local finance controllers. It also supports external auditors, the Group CFO, board reporting, and bank covenant reporting. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, higher education in accounting, finance, or economics, Lithuanian accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, and fluent Lithuanian and English; Russian at B2 or above is also required. The monthly gross salary is 4,540 EUR to 5,680 EUR.
