Super is hiring a Group Finance Operations Manager to serve as the operational second-in-command to the Director of Group Finance Operations and drive the execution of a global finance transformation roadmap. The role owns consolidated transformation delivery, optimizes month-end and cross-functional finance processes, coordinates with IT, ERP, and local finance teams, translates business requirements into software deliverables, manages change adoption, and provides executive reporting. Candidates need at least five years of experience in finance operations, financial advisory, audit, or FinTech transformation, along with knowledge of core financial operations, financial systems, data handling, and English communication.
