Arbolus is hiring a Group Financial Controller to lead finance operations for its lean finance team, including accounts payable and receivable, treasury, tax, payroll, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and annual audit coordination. The role also involves financial analysis, process automation and AI agent implementation, and leading and coaching finance teams. Candidates should have 5–10 years of finance experience, including audit experience ideally at a Big 4 firm, a relevant degree, and a professional qualification such as ACCA. The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days per week.
