Description
McLaren is hiring a Group Financial Controller in Woking, United Kingdom, to lead the Controllership function and own the Group’s financial control agenda. The role covers month-end and annual close, consolidation, IFRS and technical accounting, statutory and external reporting, audit management, financial governance, balance-sheet oversight, and support to the Audit & Risk Committee and executive leadership. It also leads the Controllership team, drives process automation and system controls, and manages shareholder and lender reporting. The position requires an ACA, ACCA or equivalent Chartered Accountant qualification, significant post-qualification experience in complex international organisations, and extensive experience leading group reporting, consolidation, audits, and multi-layered teams.
