Description
DCOH is hiring a senior finance leader for a Darwin-based role overseeing financial reporting, governance, operations, compliance, risk management, and the central finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the role manages month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, audits, accounting functions, financial controls, reconciliations, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement across a diversified construction, development, hospitality, and property business. Candidates need a CA or CPA qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification, at least 10 years of accounting and finance experience including senior leadership, and experience in construction, property development, hospitality, or project-based environments.
