Description
The Group Financial Controller will report to the Finance Director and manage day-to-day financial operations across the client’s retail and online divisions in Ireland and the UK. The role covers general ledger, accounts payable, treasury, financial reporting, reconciliations, consolidation, cash flow, working capital, statutory and tax compliance, audit coordination, risk controls, management reporting, and financial analysis. It also leads and develops the Finance Operations team and partners with senior leadership and business units. The position requires a professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional finance experience, strong financial controls and stakeholder-management skills, and knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, ERP systems, and financial software.
