Description
Capital.com is hiring a Group Head of Internal Audit to lead and own the Group Internal Audit function across its regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The role sets the audit strategy, designs and operates a hybrid audit framework, leads fieldwork and reporting across trading, technology, financial crime, AML/KYC, outsourcing, and other controls, escalates material issues to the Audit Committee, and provides independent assurance to the Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership. It requires significant multi-jurisdictional financial services audit leadership experience, knowledge of FCA and other relevant regulatory frameworks, experience with hybrid or co-sourced audit models, and a professional audit qualification.
