Description
Marrakech is hiring full-time and part-time Group Home Program Counselors (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, personal care, meals, routines, medical needs, appointments, behavior plans, community involvement, and overnight safety checks. A high school diploma or GED, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid are required; prior disability-support experience is helpful but not required, and paid training is provided. Compensation is $19.28 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for DDS Medication Certification.
