Description
The Program Supervisor oversees a single residential, vocational, or in-home program and supports 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. The role combines direct support with supervision of Direct Support Professionals, program operations, compliance, health care, staffing, training, employee management, financial and census management, and maintenance. It is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position paying $17.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. schedule and possible holidays and weekends.
