Description
The Program Supervisor oversees a single residential, vocational, or day program and supervises Direct Support Professionals while also providing direct support. Responsibilities include program operations, person-centered plans, health care, medication, compliance, staffing, training, evaluations, incident and billing documentation, financial and census management, and maintenance of the living environment. The role is full-time, non-exempt, pays $17.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean motor vehicle record.
