Chrysalis is hiring full-time or part-time Group-Home Staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in developing independent, self-directed lives. The role includes participating in activities, budgeting, meal preparation, shopping, trying new things, and mentoring skill development. No prior experience is required, but applicants must be at least 18, pass a drug test and background check, and may be trained. The position offers $14.50-$15.50 per hour depending on experience, swing and graveyard shifts, and health insurance for full-time employees.
