Life Time is hiring a Signature Format Coach to deliver high-energy group fitness classes in one of five specialized formats: Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning & GTX, CTR, or MB360. The role involves leading workouts, providing coaching cues and modifications, maintaining a professional training space, promoting the brand, and participating in coaching development. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, at least one nationally recognized certification for their chosen format, and at least one year of teaching or coaching experience in their area of expertise. The position pays a class rate of $60.00 to $95.00, with full-time team members eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
