Life Time is hiring a Signature Format Coach to deliver high-energy group fitness classes in one of five specialized formats: Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning & GTX, CTR, or MB360. The role involves leading safe and effective workouts, providing coaching cues and modifications, maintaining a professional training space, promoting the brand, and participating in coaching development. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, a nationally recognized certification for their chosen format, at least one year of relevant teaching or coaching experience, and the ability to demonstrate and teach the format. Pay is a class rate of $30.00 to $65.00, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and full-time medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
