Life Time is hiring a Signature Format Coach to deliver high-energy, results-driven group training in one of five specialized formats: Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning & GTX, CTR, or MB360. The role involves leading safe and effective workouts, providing cues and modifications, building a motivating community, maintaining the training space, promoting the brand, and participating in coaching development. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, at least one nationally recognized certification for their chosen format, at least one year of relevant teaching or coaching experience, and the ability to demonstrate and teach their format.
