Description
The Group Lead will manage a small residential youth-care team, provide professional guidance and supervision, document care processes, create educational and social reports, support children’s routines and development, coordinate with schools and therapists, and ensure compliance with legal and educational standards. The role requires a completed degree in social or special-needs education, an alternative relevant apprenticeship, and a valid class B driver’s license. It is a full-time position with a permanent employment contract, a salary of €4,559.53 to €6,184.92, and work primarily between 12 and 21 hours.
