Ardurra is hiring a Group Lead - Water/Wastewater Facilities to provide strategic and operational leadership for its water and wastewater facilities practice across the Puget Sound region. The role combines business development, client relationship management, proposal and project delivery leadership, resource and financial management, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and staff mentoring. It is based in Seattle, Bellevue, or Tacoma, Washington, with a hybrid work arrangement, and offers a $150,000 to $200,000 annual salary plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
