Description
The Group Leader sets goals for program participants, facilitates activities, prepares curriculum and lesson plans, and maintains a safe learning environment. The role provides homework help, supervises children outside of school hours, monitors attendance, supports tutors and activity specialists with behavior documentation, maintains participant records, attends program meetings, and manages supplies. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, content-specific experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience working with children.
