Description
The Group Leader oversees a production department, adjusts schedules, coordinates purchasing and inventory, operates and troubleshoots machines, performs quality checks, maintains safety and 5S standards, trains and supervises employees, and supports continuous production. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, WorkKeys minimum scores, commercial English, arithmetic, basic formulas and charts, adjustable measuring instruments, and computer and office equipment skills.
