Description
The Group Leader provides a safe, fun, and enriching after-school experience for a consistent group of youth by planning and facilitating pro-social activities, delivering project-based lessons, supervising children, supporting showcases and exhibits, maintaining relationships with families and school faculty, managing behavior, and assisting with supplies, data, and program documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, at least two years of direct experience working with children, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent assignment management, and strong communication and organizational skills.
