New York Junior Tennis & Learning is hiring a part-time Group Leader for a DYCD-funded after-school program serving children and youth in Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan. The role supervises 15–20 participants, leads activities and homework support, maintains safety and attendance records, communicates with families, and supports positive youth development. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for up to 20 hours per week during the September 2026–June 2027 school year, with openings varying across 30+ sites. A high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience working with school-age children or youth, and the ability to manage a group independently are required; some college coursework, experience in a similar NYC after-school program, and bilingual skills are preferred. The salary is $20 per hour.
