Vesta Software Group is hiring one regular Group Leader to support its Ceres Ops business unit. Reporting to the Portfolio Leader, the role manages a portfolio of acquired software companies, supports commercial growth, coaches local managing directors, leads cross-functional work streams, identifies and prepares M&A targets, develops the deal pipeline, and supports transaction negotiations. The position requires a university degree, fluent Hungarian and English, 5–10 years of relevant experience with a management focus, software and technology experience, and strong M&A, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
