Replications, Inc. is hiring a part-time After-School Group Leader to lead safe, structured, and engaging after-school programming in Bronx, New York. The role plans and facilitates academic support, enrichment clubs, arts and crafts, community-building activities, and student check-ins; mentors students; applies restorative practices; coordinates with teachers and staff; and contributes to program events and quality initiatives. The position starts August 1, 2026, runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, pays $18-$25 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or related degree with the specified experience, three years of youth leadership experience, and DOE fingerprinting.
