The role combines people leadership, strategic competence development, and technical guidance across customer and platform projects, with close collaboration across global engineering and validation organizations. The position requires an engineering degree, several years of automotive development/testing experience, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of electrified powertrain systems and automotive development processes.
