Veronica Arts Media is hiring a part-time Group Leader for its Elementary COMPASS Program in the Bronx, New York. The role begins in early September and requires 20 hours per week, including three hours Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom instruction, taking attendance, supervising snack time and dismissal, leading students safely between activities, collaborating with coworkers, and supporting positive behavior management. Applicants need at least one year of direct student experience, a high school diploma, and college coursework in education, youth development, or a related field; elementary education experience is preferred.
