Description
The Group Leader I provides technical and process direction to a manufacturing team, assists with task assignment, performance tracking, training, problem solving, audits, and corrective action, and may oversee work centers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work overtime, and preferably at least one year of AA TECH employment or one year of manufacturing leadership experience. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and involves standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity, close vision, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
