Description
The Group Leader I provides technical and process direction to a team, assists with task assignment, performance tracking, training, problem solving, audits, and corrective action, and may oversee work centers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work overtime, and preferably at least one year of AA TECH employment or one year of manufacturing leadership for external candidates. It is a 1st-shift Monday-to-Friday position from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with physical demands including extended standing and walking, manual dexterity, close vision, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
