Description
The Group Leader I provides technical and process direction to a production team, assists with daily task assignment, performance tracking, problem solving, and corrective action, and may oversee one or more work centers. The role includes training, Lean improvement activities, PDCA and value-stream mapping, development planning, and occasional backup or interview responsibilities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of AA TECH employment, previous logistics experience, Microsoft and MSS navigation ability, and the ability to work overtime; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
