Description
The Group Leader II leads and supports a production team by assigning daily tasks, providing technical and process direction, assisting the Operations Leader, and helping achieve team goals. The role performs hands-on production work, supports problem solving and corrective actions, participates in training and audits, and leads lean improvements. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of AA TECH employment preferred, qualification in production operations, and the ability to work overtime. The position is scheduled for the first shift and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
