egeplast is hiring a Group Leader to organize, direct, and lead a production-area team. The role includes staff scheduling, employee development, compliance monitoring, productivity initiatives, production cleanliness, support for internal projects, and representation of Manufacturing or Shift Management when needed. Candidates should have technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in a production environment, with a master craftsman or comparable qualification desirable and experience in leading or coordinating employees preferred.
