SPE Mühle is hiring a Group Leader (m/f/d) for full-time and part-time positions to accompany and support children, organize group life, plan and reflect on educational offerings, lead and support the group team, document developmental progress, cooperate with families and multidisciplinary partners, and contribute to quality assurance and inclusive daycare life. The role requires state-recognized educator training or a comparable KiBiz NRW qualification, further group-leadership training or willingness to participate, and professional experience in education, ideally in group work.
