Description
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Group Leader leads second-shift maintenance activities across the Global Artisan Innovation Center Body Shop and Paint area, coordinating preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, robotic, welding, conveyor, paint, ventilation, and material-handling equipment; coaching maintenance personnel; and partnering with production, engineering, quality, safety, facilities, and service providers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or similar maintenance experience, and at least two years leading or supervising maintenance work or a skilled-trades team. It is a full-time onsite position with no immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits.
