Description
The Laboratory Manager coordinates laboratory workflows, monitors turnaround time, reviews performance, interviews applicants, maintains training records, coaches employees, troubleshoots instrumental and method issues, leads root-cause investigations and CAPA, and supports LEAN and operational improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related concentration, at least four years of laboratory experience, and authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. It is a full-time Monday-Friday position based in or near Portage, Michigan, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and paid leave benefits.
