Description
The Group Leader directly supervises and engages an assigned group of children in the COMPASS Afterschool Program, leading age-appropriate activities, maintaining active supervision, supporting youth development, and collaborating with program staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with children under age 13, and the ability to work in-person in New York City. It is a part-time position with weekday and occasional weekend work, and includes paid holidays, sick time, vacation, personal days, and medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
