HR Green is hiring a Group Leader for its Water & Wastewater Practice in Houston. The role combines strategic and business leadership, client development, project and technical leadership, and team management. The Group Leader will lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, serve as a trusted advisor to municipal, utility, and public-sector clients, manage project budgets and financial performance, develop new business, and mentor engineering staff. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of progressive water and wastewater consulting or related engineering experience.
