Description
Counseling In Schools is hiring a part-time Group Leader to support the Activity Specialist in creating a safe and positive environment for school-age children during recreation, learning, interaction, and academic or personal growth activities. The role supervises a consistent group of students, facilitates activities, supports youth behavior management through restorative approaches, assists with attendance and documentation, and maintains communication with families and school staff. The position reports to the Program Director or Assistant Program Director and requires at least 18 years of age, two years of direct experience working with children under 13, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 15 hours of professional development annually. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour.
