Description
The role supports the Group M&A and Strategy team by maintaining strategic benchmarks, contributing to the next strategic plan, assisting with ongoing acquisitions and divestitures, assessing industrial and financial project characteristics, monitoring sector M&A activity, preparing management and Board presentations and memos, and supporting financial and valuation models. Candidates should be studying at a leading engineering or business school, a corporate or market finance program, or completing a gap year or final-year internship; the role requires strong corporate finance, financial mathematics, Excel, PowerPoint, French, and English skills, with M&A, transaction services, or consulting experience preferred.
