Meilleurtaux is hiring a Group Management Controller to report to the Group CFO and lead management control across its credit, insurance, investments, and franchise businesses. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, monthly group reporting, KPI optimization, variance analysis, consolidated financial data, reporting automation, and business partnering with operational departments. It also manages and develops a team of management controllers and contributes to strategic transformation projects. Candidates need higher education in finance or management control, at least 10 years of management-control experience with team leadership, advanced Excel and consolidation knowledge, and professional English.
