AECOM is hiring a Group Manager for its BEST group in Stockholm to lead employees working on railway projects in the BEST-K technical disciplines. The role manages personnel, work environments, results, resource planning, recruitment, tenders, strategy, internal and external networks, and project representation, while collaborating with international managers and traveling to offices abroad. It requires a university or master’s engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of railway and design experience, strong English and Swedish, international collaboration experience, and leadership experience. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement combining office, remote work within Sweden, and client premises.
