Description
The Head of Industrial Engineering will lead productivity improvement, capacity planning, factory and warehouse design, labor optimization, manufacturing excellence, lean transformation, automation, digital manufacturing, and end-to-end material flow across Tejas factories and EMS partners. The role bridges SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, and Digital Transformation teams and oversees new-product introduction, process validation, NPI readiness, PFMEA, SMT and through-hole processes, jigs and fixtures, process optimization, and continuous improvement. It requires 15–20+ years of relevant experience, at least five years leading large manufacturing or industrial engineering teams, and knowledge of SMT, electronics manufacturing, and industrial engineering tools.
