The role leads partnerships from strategy and partner evaluation through negotiation, executive alignment, and implementation, while working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. Candidates should bring strong analytical and communication skills, contract negotiation experience, and 8+ years of partnerships, investment banking, consulting, or strategic business development experience; fintech, neobanking, and payments experience are preferred.
